You are just starting out. Do not do anything which causes you pain.
If you have not been active, start slowly and add time and repetitions as your strength grows. If you have balance or blood pressure problems, use physical aids to maintain your balance and be especially careful when doing movements which lower your head below your heart.
Listen to your body!
