How to I bring up my user profile page?
1) On the top right of the menu at the top of any page, there is a circle with a head. Click on the circle and your user profile page will come up.
2) There are tab buttons across the top of the page: Home, Subscriptions, Payments, and Logout.
3) Home Tab: User information and Subscribed Courses
4) Subscription Tab: Membership Plans and <Change Plan> choices
5) Payment Tab: List of Payments
How do I check my payment history?
1) On the top right of the menu at the top of any page, there is a circle with a head. Click on the circle and your user profile page will come up.
2) Click on PAYMENTS to open the Payment Tab.
3) You will see a list of your payments.
How do I change my membership plan?
1) On the top right of the menu at the top of any page, there is a circle with a head. Click on the circle and your user profile page will come up.
2) Click on Subscriptions to open the Sucription Tab.
3) Click on the [Change Plan] button to change your current plan.
4) Click on the [Subscribe] button to subscribe to a listed plan.
How do I change my password?
1) On the top right of the menu at the top of any page, there is a circle with a head. Click on the circle and your user profile page will come up.
2) Click on Home to open the Home Tab.
3) Click on the Change Password link at bottom of user profile area.
4) Fill out the Change Password form.
