Free Sunday Morning Workshops
Two Sundays a month we host a free workshop at 11 AM EST (Boston Time).
<Giving Sunday lessons since November 2020>
These lessons consist of warm up exercises, practicing abdominal breathing, learning new Qigong and Tai Chi movements, and practicing past movements.
The lessons normally go 30-40 minutes with time at the end for Q&A with the instructor (Kurt)!
Through our classes we are hoping to educate others on how to strengthen and to rejuvenate their bodies. We focus on abdominal breathing, building lower body strength, and improving the flow of bodily fluids. This improves respiration, digestion, and elimination.
Traditional Movements for Health and Calmness
Learn traditional Chinese practices for relieving tension and increasing energy flow. Additional benefits: internal health & flexibility.
Rejuvenate now. Increase blood flow to the ankles, feet, and brain. Strengthen legs and ankles for more stability and mobility.

Lesson details
Each lesson begins with a centering breathing exercise followed by a gentle warm-up. Qigong movements are then introduced and practiced with attention to posture, alignment, and breath. Lessons are well suited for beginners and for people of all ages with a wide range of physical abilities.

These free 30-min lessons are designed to introduce participants to the health benefits of this time-tested healing practice. Each lesson is unique, focusing on concepts and movements that vary with the seasons.
This free monthly lesson covers Qigong movements done in a chair. Each lesson is unique with movements and breathing exercises specific for the season. This lesson is well suited for beginners with a wide range of physical abilities.
