Thank you so much for doing these free classes in Qigong. I’ve been doing them for the past months in Lockdown 1,2 or 3 here in Birmingham , England. It’s been psychologically very good because it has been a link with places all over the world and even if I feel down, the sessions always makes me feel better for doing the exercises.

I so enjoy your Sunday presentations.

 Tai Chi is new to me. I have practiced Yoga & Pilates for  30+years but find mat work, holding poses & bending over to be more challenging as I’ve begun to develop heart, high blood pressure & hip problems … its a hereditary DNA thing!!

  I find Qigong is good for me as it is strengthening and stimulating while not making me dizzy and wobbly.

 I’m lucky to have remained lean & strong into my 80’s and happy to have found you on line.

Loved my first lesson today! Especially liked the way Kurt showed front and side views so I was doing the exercises correctly. Repetition also helps solidify the lesson as I focus on each part and then put them together.
