Today was my first session with Kurt. I was active in Tai Chi for 10 years, 20-30 years ago, and am happy that I found Kurt! I appreciate Kurt’s knowledge of not only Tai Chi but also the impact on the organs and body. Much appreciated!

I so enjoy your Sunday presentations.
Tai Chi is new to me. I have practiced Yoga & Pilates for 30+years but find mat work, holding poses & bending over to be more challenging as I’ve begun to develop heart, high blood pressure & hip problems … its a hereditary DNA thing!!
I find Qigong is good for me as it is strengthening and stimulating while not making me dizzy and wobbly.
I’m lucky to have remained lean & strong into my 80’s and happy to have found you on line.
Kurt does a fabulous job with his teaching skills. He really takes his time to explain every movement, so you don’t feel hurried. Especially beneficial for those of us who move at a slower pace. It helps start my day! Thanks so much Kurt!
