How does the free trial work?

You can access the basic courses and the first lesson of the premium courses.

For the premium membership, you have access to all the lessons of the courses while you are a member.

How often do you release new content?

We are currently working to organize our Sunday videos into usable courses. In addition, we are writing documentation explaining the structure of our bodies and how the movements affect them. Finally, we are publishing  articles on concepts used in Chinese health practices and philosophy to allow better comprehension to increase the effectiveness of the movements.

What do I get with premium?

With a free membership you are only able to access the first few lessons of every course! With premium you are able to access all of our content as well as having priority access to any new content or events that we put out! 

Finally we are striving to keep our Sunday lessons available to all, so we appreciate your support.

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel at anytime. Your access will continue until the end of the currently paid period, but will not renew afterwards.

What age groups do you support?

These movements are appropriate for all ages. Each person must adapt the movements to match their current level of physical development.

What if I get stuck on a lesson?

Never do anything that is hurting you, especially if you are just starting out! The movements are meant to build your strength and calm you, not to exhaust and cause pain. We suggest working on the previous lessons to build up your body if you are struggling to complete the exercises in a lesson
