Sleep: Theory and Practices
There are a wide verity of sleep problems. The main focus here is to provide movements which promote relaxation and remove anxiety.
This workshop is meant to clarify the functioning and purposes of different movements in relation to the Chinese view of balancing fluids and energies in one’s body.
A number of movements are introduced. The explanations should help each person decide which movements are most likely to be effective for their particular lower body.
