Sunday mornings, 11 AM EST (I am in Boston)

This will be a 30-40 minute class once a week teaching the basic skills:

  • Taichi Walking
  • Posting: Feet-Waist-Hands
  • Hand Movements: Turn-the-millstone, Wave-hands-like-clouds
  • Warm-up: various Qigong Movements.

Get a Teacher

I know you are comfortable online.

In my mind’s eye, as I teach you,

you are all moving like masters.

However…

I know from my own training and from teaching that the probability is high you are doing the movements incorrectly.

Two things can occur:

1) You are not getting the full benefit from the movements.

2) You are actually aggravating rather than fixing your body.

A good teacher will give you corrections and make sure you are not exceeding the current capacity of your body.

Other benefits:

You will be part of a class, so social support and, generally, people try harder when there are other people present.
