Foot Work: Theory and Practices
There are a wide verity of foot problems. The main focus of QOLnow is to provide movements which stimulate and enhance the flow of fluids and energy through our bodies to promote our general health. This should help alleviate a wide assortment of problems.
This workshop is meant to clarify the functioning and purposes of different movements in relation to the Chinese view of balancing fluids and energies in one’s body.
A number of movements are introduced. The explanations should help each person decide which movements are most likely to be effective for their particular lower body.
