LS 02: Circulation + Tai Chi Walking
The organs associated with Earth are the Stomach and Spleen. During the warm season, we will work on the larger muscles of our bodies and our digestion to facilitate gathering and absorption of nutrients. We move and strengthen our overall bodies for stability and balance.
