Early Summer is the Fire season. Our energy is blooming. Too much fire dries out our bodies, drink plenty of fluids.
The organs associated with Fire are the Heart and the Small Intestines. The movements we will practice increase circulation of the blood, promote calmness in the heart, and strength the small muscles of the body. This works off of the tendon strengthening of the Spring and toward the large muscle movements of Late Summer.
