  • Head looks up.

  • Pull in chest.
  • Roll pelvis under.
  • Lower back is flat as if pressing kidneys against the wall.

What It Does

  • Circulate spinal fluid.
  • Separate the vertebrae and allow fluid between them.
  • Visualize Qi moving up the spine and then down the chest to the abdomen.
